Return Policy

• We do not accept returns — only exchanges.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are offered for product damages or size mismatches only.
• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• To initiate an exchange, please share a clear package opening video (highlighting any damages) along with your order details via the form here (exchange request form).
• Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement of the same or a similar item (subject to availability and your confirmation).
• Exchanges are not applicable for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel, visit the Orders page and select the item you wish to cancel.
• The cancellation option will be disabled after 24 hours.
